What does your job at Satab entail?
My job is to manage projects linked to the production process. My job is to centralize the information needed to start projects, organize and manage them in different phases using project management tools, and coordinate them with the various collaborators with the aim of bringing them to fruition on time.
What are the challenges of your job?
The challenge is to deliver each project on time, on budget and within the guidelines set by the company. It’s also essential to be able to get the whole team on board with the changes resulting from the project. I’m convinced that it’s easier to work as a team when everyone’s pulling in the same direction.
What projects are you currently working on?
I’m currently working on the restructuring of a production workshop (implementation of an operational excellence approach) as well as the introduction of new production tools on several workshops.
